On September 13, 2014, we opened our original unpacked supermarket. Here you can shop to your heart’s content without disposable packaging: food, sweets, spirits, cosmetics, detergents, books, containers for transport and the kitchen at home – almost everything you need.
Although our first store is not a megastore, we already have more than 600 carefully selected items in our assortment. And we will continuously expand and improve this variety; your suggestions are very welcome!

IN.GREDIENTS – AUSTIN USA
in.gredients is a zero waste neighborhood grocery store, beer garden and community hub in East Austin. They have successfully diverted tons of waste from landfills by encouraging customers to bring in their containers for bulk shopping and providing a tare station to make it easy. They also hosted a great variety of events, including private events as well as community events like their monthly First Friday Block Parties. 1% of proceeds from First Fridays, plus 5¢ for every reusable container a customer brings in, goes to our Nonprofit Community Partner.
